一种蒸汽挂烫机异音研究与优化设计

Study and Optimisation Design of a Steam Hanging Ironing Machine with Noises

针对目前家用普通蒸汽挂烫机工作时出现异音的问题,阐述了异音出现的原因,并在普通蒸汽挂烫机中设计了一种返水装置缓解异音,通过样机验证此方案可行性,提高了该类型产品在市场中的竞争力。

Aiming at the current domestic ordinary steam ironing machine working noise,this paper describes the reasons for the noise,and designed a water return device in the ordinary steam ironing machine to alleviate the noise,and verified the feasibility of this scheme through the prototype.Through the prototype to verify the feasibility of this programme,and improve the competitiveness of this type of product in the market.
