摘要
以山西某煤矿职工浴堂为研究对象,进行了螺杆空压机热回收装置的实践应用研究。分析了螺杆空压机的能源消耗及热能回收节能技术、空压机余热回收节能改造技术方案与实施过程,实践应用效果理想,每年共节约费用122 367元,并且减排氮氧化物约0.145 t,实现了“产煤不烧煤”的绿色目标。
The practical application study of heat recovery device of screw air compressor was carried out with the staff bath hall of a coal mine in Shanxi as the application research object.Energy consumption of screw air compressor and heat recovery energy saving technology analysis,air compressor waste heat recovery energy saving transformation technology programme and implementation process,the practical application of the effect is ideal.The total annual cost savings of 122,367 yuan,and emission reduction of nitrogen oxides about 0.145 t,to achieve the green goal of"coal production without burning coal".
