EBZ160型综掘机掘锚护一体化改造与应用

Modification and Application of Integration of Digging and Anchoring Protection for EBZ160 Type Heddle Drilling Machine

在分析EBZ160型综掘机性能优势的基础上,从机械部分和液压系统两个角度进行了综掘机掘锚护探一体化改造设计,改造后综掘机掘进效率明显提升;并对改造后的EBZ160型综掘机的工作流程及应用效果展开分析探讨。应用结果表明,改造后的掘锚护一体机既能完成煤岩截割、装载及运输,又具有锚杆索安装、临时支护、探水孔等功能;掘锚护一体机巷道成型效果好,对煤岩扰动小,并能实现连续作业,工效高。

On the basis of analysing the performance advantages of EBZ160 general excavator,the integrated transformation design of general excavator digging,anchoring and protection exploration was carried out from the angles of mechanical part and hydraulic system,and the digging efficiency of general excavator was significantly improved afer transformation and the workflow and application effect of the transformed EBZ160 general excavator were analysed and discussed.The results show that the modified EBZ160 comprehensive excavator can not only complete the cutting,loading and transporting of coal and rock,but also has the functions of installation of anchor ropes,temporary support,and water exploration;the application efect shows that the EBZ160 comprehensive excavator has a good effect of roadway shaping,and ithas litle disturbance to the coal and rock and it can realise the continuous operation,with high work eficiency.
