摘要
针对山西某矿传统防瓦斯超限通风装置存在滤网易堵塞、使用寿命短、不易拆卸安装等问题,设计了一种防矿井瓦斯超限的新型通风装置。介绍了该装置的结构、具体工作原理,并进行了工业性试验。试验结果表明:应用该装置后,此矿井再没出现过瓦斯超限现象,且该装置滤网易拆除、易安装、使用寿命长,能满足矿井通风需求,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional anti-gas overlimit ventilation device in a mine in Shanxi,such as easy to block the screen,short service life,and not easy to dismantle and install,a new type of anti-gas overlimit ventilation device has been designed,and the structure and working principle of the device have been introduced,and industrial tests have been carried out,and the results of the test show that the phenomenon of overlimit of gas does not appear in the mine anymore after the application of the device,and the device is easy to dismantle,easy to install,and can be very effective.After the application of this device,there is no gas over-limit phenomenon in this mine,and the device filter is easy to remove,easy to install,long service life,can well meet the needs of mine ventilation,has certain value of popularisation and application.
