基于TRIZ创新方法的矿场动态监测系统设计

摘要 在潜油电泵或地面矿场的工程应用中,由于井下高温、高压、振动、腐蚀,工作环境恶劣,部分潜油电泵寿命较短,在潜油电泵出现故障后,往往需要提井后拆检才能锁定故障原因,并提出后续对策。苏联著名发明家阿奇舒勒分析大量专利,总结提炼出各种技术发展进化遵循的规律模式及解决各种工程矛盾的创新原理和法则,提出了发明问题解决理论——TRIZ,介绍了基于TRIZ创新方法的动态监测系统设计。 In the engineering application of submersible oil electric pump or surface mine,due to the high temperature,high pressure,vibration,corrosion,and harsh working environment downhole,some submersible oil pumps have a short life span,and after the failure of submersible oil pumps,it is often necessary to lift the well and dismantle and inspect the well in order to lock the cause of the failure,and put forward the subsequent countermeasures.The famous Soviet inventor Archie Shuler analysed a large number of patents,summed up and refined a variety of technological development and evolution follow the law pattern and solve a variety of engineering contradictions of the innovation principles and laws,put forward the invention of the theory of problem solving-TRIZ,introduces the design of dynamic monitoring system based on the TRIZ innovation method.
