摘要
为进一步提升掘进机的工作效率和最终巷道的成型质量,结合掘进机未来的自动化、智能化及高效率的工作要求,根据掘进机实际工况设计了从巷道、机身及截割头掘进机机身位姿感知及定位的坐标系。对现阶段掘进机机身感知测量和截割头定位技术进行对比,得出采用机器视觉技术对掘进机机身位姿和截割头进行测量,而后完成相关设备的选型,并对系统的测量精度进行验证。
In order to further improve the working efficiency of the roadheader and the forming quality of the final roadway,combined with the future automation,intelligence and high efficiency of the roadheader work requirements,according to the working conditions of the roadheader,designed from the roadway,the body and the cut-off head of the body of the roadheader body position sensing and positioning of the coordinate system.Comparison of the current stage of the roadheader body perception measurement and cutting head positioning technology,resulting in the use of machine vision technology for the roadheader body position and cutting head measurement,and then complete the selection of related equipment,and verification of the system's measurement accuracy.
