摘要
针对焦炉系统人工巡检作业劳动强度大、危险系数高等问题,引入了智能巡检机器人及配套运维管理系统,对多参数移动巡检本体、移动巡检子站、隔爆兼本安型电源箱、轨道系统和后台软件系统进行了深化设计,并进行了现场实施。结果表明,焦炉巡检机器人能够通过驱动轮组和行走轨道进行灵活移动,关键位置的声音、图像、气体等传感信号能够有效实时采集、判断和回传,实现了智能移动巡检,可满足焦炉系统“无人化、少人化”的工作要求。
Aiming at the current situation of high labour intensity and high risk factor of manual inspection in the coke oven system,an intelligent inspection robot and the supporting operation and maintenance management system have been introduced,and the design of the multi-parameter mobile inspection body,the mobile inspection substation,the explosion-proof and intrinsically safe power supply box,the track system,and the backstage software system has been deepened,and on-site implementation has been carried out.The results show that the coke oven inspection robot can move flexibly through the driving wheel set and walking track,and the sound,image,gas and other sensing signals at the key position can be effectively collected,judged and transmitted back in real time to realize the intelligent mobile inspection and meet the working requirements of"unmanned and less manned"in the coke oven system.
