摘要
针对输送机系统以恒定速度运行存在的能耗高、磨损大、经济性差的问题,从输送机运行控制的实际情况出发,在收集输送机智能调控需求的基础上,提出了一种新的带式输送机智能调速控制系统。该系统利用煤量-带速匹配控制的逻辑,实现了对输送机带速的灵活调整。根据实际应用表明,新的控制系统能够将输送机运行时的平均带速降低22.8%,年节约电能成本75.6万元,年节约配件更换费用约11.4万元,极大地提升了煤矿上输送机系统运行的稳定性和经济性。
Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption,wear and tear and poor economy that exist in the conveyor system running at constant speed,a new intelligent speed control system for belt conveyor is proposed on the basis of collecting the demand for intelligent regulation and control of conveyor from the actual situation of conveyor operation and control.The system realises the flexible adjustment of conveyor belt speed by using the logic of coal volume-belt speed matching control.According to the actual application,the new control system can reduce the average belt speed of conveyor operation by 22.8%,save annual electric energy cost by 756,000 yuan,and save annual spare parts replacement cost by about 114,000 yuan,which greatly improves the stability and economy of the operation of the conveyor system in the coal mine.
