摘要
为提升采煤机对采煤工作面现场条件适应性,并解决采煤机姿态控制问题,以煤矿井下常用的MG2×200/500-WD采煤机为研究对象,依据该采煤机结构及工作特点,设计采煤机姿态监测及控制系统。依据姿态控制目标、需求,并结合采面采煤机实际生产需要,对姿态控制系统中硬件、软件结构进行分析。构建的采煤机姿态控制系统采用分布式控制方式,结构较为简单,可依据现场条件自动调整采煤机姿态,达到提升采煤机生产效率及智能化控制水平目的。
In order to improve the adaptability of coal mining machine to the field conditions of coal mining face,and to solve the problem of attitude control of coal mining machine,MG2×200/500-WD coal mining machine commonly used in coal mines is taken as the research object,and based on the structure of the coal mining machine and the working characteristics of the coal mining machine,attitude monitoring and control system of the coal mining machine is designed.Based on the attitude control objectives and requirements,and combined with the actual production needs of the coal mining machine at the mining face,the hardware and software structure of the attitude control system is analysed.The constructed coal mining machine atitude control system adopts distributed control mode,with a relatively simple structure,which can automatically adjust the attitude of coal mining machine according to the field conditions,so as to improve the production efficiency and intelligent control level of coal mining machine.
