摘要
为了预防刮板链出现故障,提出链条保护系统。该链条保护系统可实时监测链条运行状态、实现故障预警,并将监测结果传输至地面监控中心,现场工程应用也取得较好效果。研究成果可为其他矿井刮板输送机链条监测、保护等提供经验参考。
In order to prevent the fault of scraper,the chain protection system is proposed.The chain protection system proposed in this paper can real-time monitor the running status of the chain,realize the fault warning,and transmit the monitoring results to the ground monitoring centre,and the on-site engineering application has achieved good results.The research results can provide experience reference for other mine scraper conveyor chain monitoring and protection.
