煤矿井下刮板输送机运行参数监测系统研究

Research on Monitoring System of Operating Parameters of Underground Scraper Conveyor in Coal Mine

刮板输送机是主要的运输设备,实现刮板输送机运行参数监测,对提升刮板输送机运行可靠性、故障排除及预警能力等均有显著促进意义。根据刮板输送机工作特点,综合无线通信、传感器技术构建刮板输送机运行参数监测系统,并对系统架构、无线通信以及驱动装置监测等内容进行详细阐述,构建的监测系统可实现刮板输送机驱动电机电流、温度、转速等以及减速器油温、油位等参数监测,同时通过工业以太网可传输至地面。现场应用实践表明,该监控系统运行可靠,监测参数、通信系统精准度较高,可满足刮板输送机运行监测需要。

Scraper conveyor is the main transport equipment,and it is of great significance to monitor the operating parameters of scraper conveyor to improve the reliability of scraper conveyor operation,troubleshooting and early warning ability.According to the working characteristics of the scraper conveyor,integrated wireless communication,sensor technology to build the scraper conveyor operating parameters monitoring system,and the system architecture,wireless communication and drive device monitoring and other content for the detailed parameters,the construction of the monitoring system can be realised scraper conveyor drive motor current,temperature,speed and other parameters such as reducer oil temperature,oil level and other parameters to monitor,and at the same time,through the industrial Ethernet can be transmitted to the ground.Field application practice shows that the monitoring system runs reliably,the monitoring parameters,communication system accuracy is high,can meet the scraper conveyor operation monitoring needs.
