随着时代的发展,我国煤炭生产经历了炮采、普采和综采三个阶段,结合当前的综合机械化采煤看,“三机”是综采工作面的核心设备,具体组成上分别为采煤机、刮板输送机和液压支架,良好的配套设计可以实现高效、安全的开采。结合某煤矿企业的开采工作,在考虑开采工艺和煤层基本信息后,决定采用综合机械化一次采全高的采煤方法。集合综采“三机”配套选型的设计原则,依次对采煤机、刮板输送机和液压支护架进行选型设计,以期提高煤矿开采的质量,并为其他企业中厚煤层的综采提供理论经验,最终促进煤矿行业的健康发展。
