摘要
针对小峪煤矿8128工作面回撤通道施工期间揭露断层群时围岩出现严重变形、破碎的问题,决定对回撤通道围岩采取“锚杆钢带+柔性纤维网+让压锚棚+单体柱”联合支护技术。通过实际应用效果表明:采取联合支护技术后,回撤通道顶板失稳现象得到了有效控制,保证了工作面后期设备安全快速回撤,取得了显著应用成效。
Aiming at the serious deformation and crushing phenomenon of the surrounding rock during the construction of the retreat channel of 8128 working face in Xiaoyu Mine,it was decided to adopt the joint support of"anchor steel belt+flexible fibre mesh+leting pressure anchor shed+monolithic column"for the surrounding rock of the retreat channel,and the effect of the actual application shows that:the phenomenon of roof instability has been effectively contrlled afer adopting joint support technology,which ensures that the working face is protected from the stress zone of the retreat channel.Through the actual application effect,it shows that:after adopting the joint support technology,the phenomenon of roof instability has been effectively controlled,which ensures the safe and rapid retreat of the equipment in the later stage of the working face,and the significant application effect has been achieved.
