摘要
孤岛工作面受相邻工作面采掘扰动影响,围岩应力集中压力大,沿空留巷变形破坏严重,易引发冲击地压,威胁工作面的安全回采。基于此,以镇城底矿22605孤岛工作面为研究对象,针对控制围岩变形提出补强支护方案,设计了中空注浆锚索进行高压注浆加固,在回采过程中取得良好的支护效果,为孤岛工作面两巷支护积累了经验。
The working face of the isolated island is affected by the mining disturbance of the adjacent working face,the surrounding rock stress concentration pressure is large,and the deformation and damage along the hollow stay lane is serious,which is easy to cause impact ground pressure and threaten the safe mining of the working face.Based on this,Zhenchengdi mine 22605 island working face as a research object,for the control of peripheral rock deformation put forward reinforcement support programme,designed hollow grouting anchor cable for high pressure grouting reinforcement,in the process of mining back to achieve good support effect,for the island working face two lanes support has accumulated experience.
