摘要
基于煤矿传统ZLJ系列坑道钻机在进行探水钻孔施工过程中存在的质量大、搬移困难、灵活性差以及钻孔施工效率低等问题,韩家洼煤矿通过技术研究,对井下采用了一套ZDY2-1000LF型双臂钻机,分析了该钻机结构及工作原理。通过现场实际应用效果来看,ZDY2-1000LF型双臂钻机投入使用后单孔施工效率提高了60%,取得显著应用成效。
Based on the technical difficulties of the traditional ZLJ series of pit drilling rigs in the coal mine,such as large quality,dificult to move,poor flexibility and low drilling efficiency during the process of water exploration drlling construction,Hanjiawa Coal Mine adopted a set of ZDY2-1000LF double-armed drilling rigs in the underground mine through technical research based on the problems of the traditional drilling rigs,and analysed the rig's structure and working principle,and then analyse the structure of the rigs and its application results through the actual site.Through the actual application effect,ZDY2-1000LF double-arm drilling rig is put into use to improve the efficiency of single-hole construction by 60%,and has achieved significant application results.
