摘要
为实现3501回风巷安全掘进过陷落柱,提出用超前注浆方式实现陷落柱影响范围内破碎煤岩体加固,避免过陷落柱期间出现冒顶、片帮等问题。采用锚网索梁+喷浆+单点锚索+喷浆方式支护围岩,通过增强围岩支护体系强度实现陷落柱影响范围内围岩有效控制。依据3501回风巷及陷落柱现场条件,对超前加固及围岩支护方案进行设计,并应用在工程中。现场应用后,3501回风巷在掘进过陷落柱期间未出现冒顶或者片帮等征兆,同时围岩变形量较小。
In order to achieve the safety of 3501 back-air tunnel digging through DX14 fallen pillar,it is proposed to use overrunning grouting to strengthen the broken coal rock body within the influence range of fallen pilar,avoiding the problems of roofing and ganging during the period of passing through the fallen pillar;and adopt the method of supporting surrounding rock by anchoring mesh rope beam,spraying slurry,and single-point anchoring rope,and spraying slurry,so as to achieve effective controlling of surrounding rock within the influence range of the fallen pillar by strengthening the strength of the surrounding rock support system.According to the site conditions of 3501 backwind lane and DX14 trapped column,the solution of over-reinforcement and perimeter rock support is designed and applied in the project.After the field application,there is no sign of roof rise or flake during the excavation of 3501 back-air tunnel over DX14 trapped column,and the amount of perimeter rock deformation is small.
