掘进巷道破碎区支护优化应用

摘要 针对燕子山矿5200巷在掘进过断层区时围岩出现破碎现象,采用传统锚杆(索)支护无法控制断层区蠕动变形围岩,通过现场观察以及技术研究,决定对断层应力区围岩支护进行合理优化,对顶板提出了“自锁式锚杆+注浆锚索”联合支护。应力区锚杆支护失效机理为锚杆性能降低,而自锁式锚杆增加了自锁机构,提高锚杆附着强度,解决了锚杆锚固失效技术难题,而注浆锚索在对破碎围岩注浆加固同时实现锚索全长锚固特性。通过支护前后对比分析发现,采用联合支护技术后,应力区围岩下沉量由原来的0.34 m降低为0.21 m,两帮收敛量由原来的0.84 m降低为0.27 m。 In response to the Yanzishan mine 5200 roadway when digging through the fault zone peripheral rock appeared Yan value crushing phenomenon,the use of traditional anchor(cable)support can not control the fault zone creep deformation of the peripheral rock,through the field observation and technical research,decided to fault stress zone peripheral rock support reasonable optimisation,the roof proposed"self-locking anchor+grouting anchor rope"The failure mechanism of anchor supportin thestres zone is the decrease of anchor performance,while the self-locking anchor increases the sel-locking mechanism,improves the attachment strength of anchor,and solves the technical problem of anchor failure,while the grouting anchor cable is grouted and reinforced in the crushed peripheral rock while realising the anchoring characteristics of anchor cablein its full-length,and it is found through the analysis before and after supporthatafter the adoption of the joint support technology,the peripheral rock in the stress zone Afer using the joint support technology,the amount of subsidence in the stress zone is reduced from 0.34 m to 0.21 m,and the amount of convergence of two gangs is reduced from 0.84 m to 0.27 m.
