蠕动变形围岩联合支护及应用效果分析

摘要 为了防止王家岭煤矿18109预抽巷兼作回风顺槽期间受二次采动影响,围岩出现不连续破碎、断裂现象,对原顶板采取锚杆支护,并提出了“注浆锚索+双梁钢棚”联合加强支护技术。通过实际应用效果来看,工作面在后期回撤过程中大大降低巷道围岩二次采动影响,围岩收敛、底鼓现象得到了有效控制,取得了显著应用成效。 In order to prevent the peripheral rock from discontinuous crushing and fracture phenomenon during the period when Wangjialing Coal Mine's 18109 pre-pumping lane is also used as a return wind tunnels under the influence of secondary mining,the original roof plate is supported by anchor rods,and"grouting anchor cable+double beam steel scaffolding"is proposed as a joint reinforcement of the support technology,which is actully applied to see the effect of the face in the process of later retraction.Through the actual application effect,the working face in the later retraction process greatly reduces the influence of the secondary mining of the roadway peripheral rock,the peripheral rock convergence,the bottom drum phenomenon has been effectively controlled,and has achieved significant application results.
