摘要
针对晋能控股煤业集团某矿2106巷掘进至560 m时巷道顶板突然发生冒漏、不易支护等问题,基于该巷道掘进工程概况,分析了巷道掘进现状及顶板冒漏机理,改进优化了原支护设计,提出了新的联合支护方案。经实际应用发现,应用新支护方案后冒漏区顶板最大下沉量小于0.21 m,没有发生二次冒漏现象,应用效果较好,达到了有效保障矿井安全生产的目的。
Aiming at the problems of the roadway roof suddenly leaking and not easy to support when 2106 roadway of a mine of Jinergy Holding Coal Group is excavated to 560 m,based on the overview of the roadway excavation project,the current situation of the roadway excavation and the mechanism of roof leaking are analysed,the original support design is improved and optimized,and the new joint support scheme is proposed,which is found to have a maximum subsidence of less than 0.21 m and no secondary support occurs in the leakage zone.O.21 m,there is no second leakage phenomenon,the application effect is good,to achieve the purpose of effectively guaranteeing the safe production of the mine.
