乡村振兴中的传统民居活化研究与设计——以上海浮星小筑为例

Activation Research and Design for Traditional Folk House in Rural Revitalization-Taking Shanghai Fuxing Xiaozhu as an Example

在当前乡村振兴战略实施背景下,发掘乡村地区的历史文脉、合理利用乡村地区的闲置资源、激发重塑乡村地区的发展活力,成为促进乡村振兴发展的重要途径。传统民居作为承载乡村历史文化和传统习俗的重要载体,对其进行活化和再利用,有利于保护传承地方传统文化,为乡村发展赋能。文章以上海市浦东新区祝桥镇浮星小筑为例,研究乡村地区传统民居的建筑特色与修缮改造要点,从“活与用”“院与园”“治与享”三个方面提出活化与再利用策略,探讨乡村振兴背景下乡村地区传统民居活化再利用的方式与相关机制建设。

Under the current background of implementing rural revitalization strategy,for promoting rural revitalization and development,it has become an important path to tap the historical context in rural areas,reasonable utilize the idle resources in rural areas,excite and remold the development vitality of rural areas.Traditional folk house is an important carrier for bearing the historical culture and traditional custom of rural areas,its activation and reuse is beneficial to preserving,passing on and inheriting local traditional culture,so as to empower rural development.This paper takes Fuxing Xiaozhu at Zhuqiao Town in Pudong New Area of Shanghai Municipality as an example,researches the architectural characteristics of traditional folk house in rural areas and the essential points for repair and transformation,and puts forward the strategy for activation and reuse from three aspects,including“activation and utilization”,“yard and garden”as well as“governance and enjoying”,it also discusses the mode of activating and reusing traditional folk house in rural areas under the background of rural revitalization as well as construction of relevant mechanism.
