红土岭黄金尾矿工艺矿物学特征及制砖试验研究

摘要 为了探索红土岭黄金尾矿的综合利用方法,以工艺矿物学特征为基础,通过烧结砖和免蒸免烧砖试验,研究了制砖工艺流程和工艺条件对黄金尾矿制砖的影响。研究结果表明:红土岭黄金尾矿成分及粒度适宜制砖;制备烧结砖最佳工艺条件为膨润土占比15%、成型水分7%、成型压力15 MPa、升温速率为10℃/min,烧成终温1050℃,保温时间为2 h,由此条件制备的烧结砖至少达到MU25,严重风化地区级别;免蒸免烧砖最佳工艺条件组合为成型压力为25.0 MPa、成型水分为13.0%、水泥配比为20.0%,各因素对试样抗压强度影响程度依次为水泥配比、成型压力、成型水分。 In order to explore the comprehensive utilization method of gold tailings in Hongtuling,the influence of brick making process and conditions on the brick making of gold tailings was studied by sintered brick and steam-free and burn-free brick test based on process mineralogical characteristics.The results show that:the composition and particle size of gold tailings from Hongtuling are suitable for brick making;the optimum process conditions for preparing sintered bricks is 15%bentonite,7%forming moisture,15 MPa forming pressure,10℃/min heating rate,1050℃firing final temperature and 2 h holding time,and the sintered bricks prepared under these conditions reach at least MU25,the level of severe weathering area;the combination of optimum process conditions for non-fired and non-steamed bricks is the forming pressure combination of process conditions is of 25.0 MPa,13.0%forming moisture,20.0%cement ratio,and the degree of influence of each factor on the compressive strength of the specimen in the order of cement ratio,forming pressure,and forming moisture.
