摘要
采用氢气退火炉对∅12 mm锻打至∅3.6 mm的Mo-47.5%Re(质量分数)合金棒进行退火试验,退火温度为:1100、1200、1300、1400、1500℃和2050℃,通过拉伸试验机、硬度仪、金相显微镜等分析手段,研究了拉伸性能、硬度、再结晶温度等。试验结果表明:开始再结晶温度为1200℃左右、完全再结晶温度1300℃左右,在1100℃去应力退火拉伸强度可达1172 MPa,延伸率18.9%,硬度405 HV30。
Annealing test were carried out on Mo-47.5%Re(mass fraction)alloy rods from∅12 mm to∅3.6 mm using hydrogen annealing furnace.The annealing temperature was:at 1100,1200,1300,1400,1500 and 2050℃.The tensile properties,hardness and recrystallization temperature were studied by means of tensile testing machine,hardness tester and metallographic microscope.The test results show that the initial recrystallization temperature is about 1200℃,the complete recrystallization temperature is about 1300℃,the stress removal annealing at 1100℃tensile strength can reach 1172 MPa,elongation 18.9%,hardness 405 HV30.
