小净空工作井盾构高效掘进施工技术总结

摘要 随着我国城市建设的快速发展,城市隧道工程越来越多的用到盾构施工技术,但城市空间有限,盾构始发井空间小,严重影响盾构掘进效率。结合福州220kV东台-盖山线路缆化工程电力盾构隧道施工,通过合理的施工组织,改造渣土车、管片车等施工设备,改进物料运输及掘进接收同井施工工艺,提高小净空工作井条件下盾构掘进效率,总结相应施工技术。 With the rapid development of urban construction in China,shield tunneling technology is increasingly used in urban tunnel engineering.However,the urban space is limited,and the space for the starting shaft of shield tunneling is small,which seriously affects the efficiency of shield tunneling.Based on the construction of the power shield tunnel of the 220kV Dongtai Gaishan Line Cabling Project in Fuzhou,this paper has reformed construction equipment such as slag trucks and segment trucks through reasonable construction organization,improved material transportation and excavation reception construction technology in the same well,improved shield tunneling efficiency under small clearance working well conditions,and summarized corresponding construction techniques.
