论南方城市复杂新老城区雨污分流工程交通疏导的优化

摘要 随着国家生态文明建设的总体部署,城区雨污分流工程正在不断发展,其施工范围涵盖城市区域内的主、次干道以及内部支路,且周边分布较多居民小区、市场、学校、医院、地方企业和政府部门等,施工路段现状人、车流量大,影响范围广,且受地下管线、地质、周边环境等影响,施工周期长,因此对施工区造成的交通影响大,施工安全风险高,所以对交通疏导组织优化,将施工造成的交通影响降至可接受的程度。 With the overall deployment of national ecological civilization construction,the urban rainwater and sewage diversion project is constantly developing.Its construction scope covers main and secondary roads as well as internal branch roads within the urban area,and there are many residential communities,markets,schools,hospitals,local enterprises,and government departments distributed around it.The current construction section has a large flow of people and vehicles,a wide range of impact,and is affected by underground pipelines,geology,surrounding environment,etc.,resulting in a long construction period.Therefore,it has a significant traffic impact on the construction area and a high risk of construction safety.This article optimizes the organization of traffic diversion to reduce the traffic impact caused by construction to an acceptable level.
