导托渠的建设对于城市内涝的防治有着至关重要的作用,同时还能够改善周边环境。麻山导托渠自建成后至今已有60 a的历史,对其现状进行分析,存在着河床逐年淤积,抬高;圩堤汛期容易渗水,防冲能力差,桥梁老旧破损等问题。依据设计标准,对堤身进行加高、培厚,土质路面改建为混凝土路面;对河道进行清障疏浚,修建防洪墙、混凝土挡墙;对河道建筑物进行整修完善等措施。治理经济效益可达300×104元。

The construction of diversion channels plays a crucial role in the prevention and control of urban waterlogging,while also improving the surrounding environment.Mashan Diversion Channel has a history of 60 years since its completion.This paper analyzes its current situation and finds that there are problems such as annual sedimentation of the riverbed,elevation,easy seepage of embankments during the flood season,poor anti erosion ability,and old and damaged bridges.According to the design standards,the embankment body is raised and thickened,and the soil road surface is reconstructed into a concrete road surface.At the same time,measures have been taken to clear and dredge the river channel,build flood control walls and concrete retaining walls,and renovate and improve the river building.The economic benefits of governance can reach 300×104 yuan.
