摘要 以深圳地区为例,对梧桐山河和石岩水库进行实地调研,总结河道与湖库的岸坡稳定性、水体流动性、水域空间、周边景观绿化、文化载体建设、社会群众参与等情况,发现该地区已经初步建设生态美丽河湖治理方案,周边及沿岸景观绿化效果较好,基础设施建设情况良好,但是未能对各项指标权重进行赋值,没有构建评价指标层矩阵,因此评价结果不够精细化。在今后工作中,相关部门应该从评价指标选取原则、建立指标权重集这两个方面入手,对生态美丽河湖建设情况进行定性和定量分析。 Taking Wutongshan River and Shiyan Reservoir as an example,this paper summarizes the bank slope stability,water mobility,water space,surrounding landscape greening,cultural carrier construction,and social participation of rivers and lakes and reservoirs.It has been found that the area has initially constructed an ecological and beautiful river and lake management plan,and the surrounding and coastal landscape greening effect is good,and the infrastructure construction is in good condition.However,the weights of various indicators are not assigned and the evaluation index layer matrix was not constructed,resulting in insufficient refinement of the evaluation results.In future work,relevant departments should start with the principles of selecting evaluation indicators and establishing indicator weight sets to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of the construction of ecologically beautiful rivers and lakes.
