基于景观防洪一体化的城市小流域抬水工程设计

摘要 以天工抬水工程为研究对象,针对奉新县城区东部天工大桥至九天阁橡胶坝之间潦河河道枯水位难题,采用河道附近工程地质条件和水文数据资料,换算求得工区的设计施工洪水位,并曼宁公式水位和流量的关系,对坝区进行回水分析,设计上采用了7跨泄洪闸采用气盾坝控制,C25钢筋混凝土扶壁式挡墙和干砌块石护岸,采用“Tennant法”计算河道内生态用水量并对防洪影响进行了分析评价。 This paper takes the Tiangong Water Lifting Project as the research object.Aiming at the low water level problem of the Liaohe River between the Tiangong Bridge and the Jiutiange Rubber Dam in the eastern part of Fengxin County,the engineering geological conditions and hydrological data near the river are used to calculate the construction area.According to the design and construction flood level,and the relationship between Manning's formula water level and flow,the backwater analysis of the dam area is carried out.In the design,the 7-span flood gate is controlled by air shield dam,C25 reinforced concrete buttress retaining wall and dry block.The stone revetment uses the"Tennant method"to calculate the ecological water consumption in the river channel and analyzes and evaluates the impact on flood control,which provides a technical reference for similar urban river water lifting projects.
