肌骨超声观察筋伤膏治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤临床研究

Clinical Study of Jinshang Ointment in the Treatment of MCL Injury Observed by MSUS

目的:采用肌骨超声技术(MSUS)对膝关节内侧副韧带(MCL)损伤患者使用筋伤膏治疗前后的疗效进行观察。方法:按照随机数字表法选取MCL患者90人,分为研究组和对照组,两组人数均等(n=45)。对照组治疗使用口服塞来昔布胶囊,研究组使用筋伤膏外敷治疗方法。对比两组治疗后临床治疗效果及治疗前、后的VAS疼痛分数、Lysholm分数、关节腔积液深度、韧带厚度4个指标。结果:研究组患者有效率为97.78%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组VAS疼痛分数显著小于对照组(P<0.05),Lysholm分数指标明显大于对照组(P<0.05);肌骨超声下,观察结果显示,研究组关节腔积液深度、韧带厚度均低于对照组(P<0.05);结论:外敷筋伤膏相较于常规口服塞来昔布能够更为有效地改善MCL损伤患者疼痛、肿胀症状并促进膝关节功能恢复,且肌骨超声技术能够为MCL损伤患者的治疗提供可靠的疗效观察依据。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jinshang Ointment in treating medial collateral ligament(MCL)knee joint injury by MSUS(Musculoskeletal ultrasound).Methods:The patients with MCL injury who were treated in the Department of Orthopedics of Jiuquan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,there were 45 people in each group.The control group was treated with oral celecoxib capsules,while the study group was treated with an external application of Jinshang Ointment.The cure rate,VAS pain score,Lysholm score,depth of joint effusion,and ligament thickness were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the study group was 97.78%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS pain score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the Lysholm score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The dynamic observation results of MSUS showed that the depth of joint effusion and the ligament thickness in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional oral celecoxib,Jinshang Ointment can more effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with MCL injury,and MSUS can provide a reliable observation basis for the treatment of patients with MCL injury.
