摘要 在对山西省地质灾害防治形势进行深入分析的基础上,基于ArcGIS Server设计和开发了地质灾害管理系统,以用户层、应用层、决策层、服务支撑层、数据资源层以及基础平台层的6层构架进行了系统总体设计,实现了空间查询、监测预警、应急决策、分析管理等功能模块,建立了以基础空间数据、监测传感器数据以及地质信息数据为一体的数据中心,为地质灾害分析预测、应急救援和治理防护提供了信息化支持。 Based on the in-depth demand analysis of the situation of geological disaster prevention and control in Shanxi province,a geological disaster management system is designed and developed based on ArcGIS Server.The overall design of the system is based on the six-layer framework of user layer,application layer,decision-making layer,service support layer,data resource layer and basic platform layer.Functional modules such as spatial query,monitoring and early warning,emergency decision-making,analysis and management have been realized,and a data center integrating basic spatial data,monitoring sensor data and geological information data has been established,providing information support for geological disaster analysis and prediction,emergency rescue,management and protection.
