摘要
通过对无人机倾斜摄影的作业原理和作业方法进行详细阐述,分析研究了倾斜摄影测量作业优势及在不动产权籍调查测量中的技术可行性,并利用大疆PHANTOM 4 RTK对研究区域进行不动产数据采集,采用Context Capture软件对航摄影像进行检核处理,构建研究区高精度空间三维模型,然后进行矢量化处理,提取不动产权籍信息,并对数据成果进行精度评定,结果表明:基于无人机倾斜摄影测量技术获取的不动产权籍数据成果精度较高,符合规范精度指标要求,同时可为城镇化进程建设提供可视化三维数据支撑。
This paper elaborates the operating principles and methods of UAV oblique photography,analyzes and studies the advantages of oblique photogrammetry and its technical feasibility in real estate registration survey and measurement,and uses DJI PHANTOM 4 RTK to collect real estate data in the study area.Using Context Capture software to check and process aerial photography images,construct a high-precision spatial 3D model of the research area,then perform vectorization processing,extract real estate registration information,and evaluate the accuracy of the data results.The results show that the real estate registration data obtained based on the UAV oblique photogrammetry technology has high accuracy,which meets the requirements of standard accuracy indicators,and can provide visual 3D data support for the construction of urbanization process.
