摘要
从炭套的质量、炉内压力、气氛、露点、调整材、炭套运转速度等方面,分析了造成无取向硅钢连续退火炉炭套结瘤的主要原因,并提出了减少结瘤的措施。
The main reasons for the nodulation formation of carbon sleeve in non-oriented silicon steel continuous annealing furnace were analyzed from the aspects of the quality of carbon sleeve,furnace pressure,atmosphere,dew point,adjusting materials,and the carbon sleeve's operating speed.And then the measures to reduce nodules were proposed.
