摘要
隧道窑在高温烧成耐火材料过程中产生大量的氮氧化物(NO_(x)),为满足烟气污染物排放要求,须进行烟气治理。采用低温SCR脱硝(150~250℃)技术,能够较好地满足耐火材料烧成用隧道窑烟气污染物的治理要求。相比于传统SCR脱硝,减少了环保设备投资,降低了经营成本。
A large number of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))are produced in the process of hightemperature firing refractory materials in tunnel kiln.In order to meet the emission requirements of flue gas pollutants,flue gas treatment is necessary.Low temperature SCR denitrification(150~250℃)technology can better meet the requirements of flue gas pollution treatment of tunnel kiln used for firing refractory materials.Compared with traditional SCR denitrification,it reduces the investment of environmental protection equipment and experience cost.
