科学研究范式和知识生产模式引领有组织科研的创建和发展,有组织科研反过来影响科学研究范式变迁和知识生产模式演化。从科学研究范式变迁和知识生产模式演化的一般规律出发,研究围绕有组织科研是什么、如何认识有组织科研的产生以及如何开展有组织科研这三个核心问题展开论述。研究认为有组织科研是科研组织模式对超学科融合科研范式所产生的适应性进化,在复杂知识生产系统中,创造知识生产自组织演化条件。开展有组织科研,以“一制四化”为核心,在机制、团队、平台、生态方面形成科研组织合力。

Scientific research paradigms and knowledge production models lead to the creation and development of organized scientific research,and organized scientific research,in turn,influences scientific research paradigm change and knowledge production model evolution.Starting from the general laws of scientific research paradigm change and knowledge production model evolution,the study revolves around the three core questions of what organized scientific research is,how to recognize the emergence of organized scientific research,and how to carry out organized scientific research.It is believed that organized scientific research is the adaptive evolution of the scientific research organization model to the paradigm of super-disciplinary integration of scientific research,which creates the conditions for the self-organized evolution of knowledge production in the complex knowledge production system.In order to carry out organized scientific research,"one system,four aspects"can be the core,forming the synergy of scientific research organization in terms of mechanism,team,platform and ecology.
