摘要
目的 探讨呼吸系统疾病诊断中降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)联合C-反应蛋白(c-reactive protein,CRP)检测的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2020年1月—2021年1月在东莞市万江医院接受治疗的100例呼吸系统疾病患者的临床资料,根据病原学检测结果分组,将细菌感染患者作为观察A组(n=50),病毒感染患者作为观察B组(n=50),另取50名健康体检者作为对照组,分别进行PCT与CRP检测,对PCT、CRP水平及不同检测方法的阳性率、诊断效能进行比较。结果 观察A组、观察B组PCT、CRP水平较对照组明显更高(P<0.05),观察A组水平明显高于观察B组(P<0.05);观察A组PCT检测、CRP检测、PCT联合CRP检测阳性率明显高于观察B组(P<0.05),PCT联合CRP检测阳性率较PCT、CRP检测明显更高;PCT检测灵敏度为42.00%,特异度为78.00%,准确度为54.00%;CRP检测灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为44.00%、84.00%、57.33%;PCT联合CRP检测灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为58.00%、96.00%、70.67%;PCT联合CRP检测灵敏度、特异度、准确度较PCT、CRP单一检测明显更高。结论 PCT联合CRP检测应用于呼吸系统疾病诊断中能够促进检验阳性率及诊断效能的提高。
Objective To investigate the application effect of procalcitonin(PCT)combined with C-reactive protein(CRP)in the diagnosis of respiratory diseases.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with respiratory system diseases who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the results of pathogen detection,bacterial infection patients were named observation group A(n=50),viral infection patients were named observation group B(n=50),and healthy physical examination subjects were selected as the control group(n=50).PCT and CRP were detected respectively,and the levels of PCT and CRP,the positive rate and diagnostic efficacy of different detection methods were compared.Results The levels of PCT and CRP in observation group A and B were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the level of observation group A was significantly higher than that in observation group B(P<0.05).The positive rate of PCT,CRP and PCT combined with CRP in observation group A was significantly higher than that in observation group B(P<0.05),and the positive rate of PCT combined with CRP was significantly higher than that of PCT and CRP(P<0.05).PCT detection sensitivity was 42.00%,specificity was 78.00%,accuracy was 54.00%.CRP detection was 44.00%,84.00%,57.33%.PCT combined with CRP detection was 58.00%,96.00%,70.67%.PCT combined with CRP the detection sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were significantly higher than those of PCT and CRP single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion PCT combined with CRP can improve the positive rate of respiratory diseases and diagnostic efficacy.
