摘要
目的 观察甲状腺功能异常患者的血清甲状腺激素、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平,并分析甲状腺功能与血糖和HbA1c水平的相关性。方法 选取2019年2月—2021年2月在阳江市第三人民医院接受治疗的1 500例甲状腺功能减退患者为研究对象(观察组),同时选取同期在该院体检的1 500名健康成年人作为对照组。观察2组研究对象甲状腺相关激素水平[促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(4))]、血糖、HbA1c水平的差异,并分析甲状腺功能减退患者甲状腺相关激素水平与血糖和糖化血红蛋白的相关性。结果 观察组患者的TSH水平高于对照组,FT_(3)、FT_(4)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者的空腹血糖和HbA1c水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);甲状腺功能减退患者的TSH水平与血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平呈正相关,而FT_(3)、FT_(4)水平与血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平呈负相关。结论 甲状腺功能减退患者的TSH、血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平较高,FT_(3)、FT_(4)较低,且甲状腺功能指标与血糖指标之间存在相关性。
Objective To observe the serum thyroid hormone and HbA1c levels in patients with abnormal thyroid function,and to analyze the correlation between thyroid function and blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels.Methods The patients with hypothyroidism who were treated in the yangjiang third people's hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research object(observation group),and healthy adults who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control.Observe the differences in the levels of thyroid-related hormones(TSH,FT_(3),FT_(4)),blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)between the two groups of patients,and analyze the correlation between the levels of thyroid-related hormones and blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with hypothyroidism.Results The TSH level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of FT_(3) and FT_(4) were lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The fasting blood glucose and HbA1c levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).TSH levels in patients with hypothyroidism are positively correlated with blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels,while FT_(3) and FT_(4) levels are negatively correlated with blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels.Conclusions Patients with hypothyroidismhave higher levels of TSH,blood sugar,and glycosylated hemoglobin,while FT_(3) and FT_(4) are lower,and there is a correlation between thyroid function indexes and blood glucose indexes.
