半夏厚朴汤合三子养亲汤用于痰湿阻肺型AECOPD患者的效果评价

Effect evaluation of Banxia Houpu decoction and Sanzi yangqin decoction on patients with phlegm dampness obstructive pulmonary AECOPD

目的 研究痰湿阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(acute exacerbation of chonic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)急性加重期患者应用半夏厚朴汤合三子养亲汤的效果。方法 将上海中医药大学深圳医院2021年6月—2023年4月收治的60例AECOPD患者用交替分组法随机分为2组,对照组30例采用常规西药治疗,治疗组30例常规西药联合半夏厚朴汤合三子养亲汤治疗,观察评估患者中医证候积分、肺功能、血气指标、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后治疗组中医证候积分较对照组更低,肺功能指标及血气指标水平均优于对照组,临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 半夏厚朴汤合三子养亲汤疗效更佳,可有效改善患者肺功能。

Objective To study the effect of Banxia Houpu Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 60 patients with AECOPD treated in Shenzhen Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditimal Chinese Medicine from June 2021-April 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(30 cases)was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group(30 cases)was treated with conventional western medicine combined with Banxia Houpu Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction.The TCM Syndrome score,pulmonary function,blood gas index,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed and evaluated.Results After treatment,the TCMsyndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the levels of pulmonary function indexes and blood gas indexes were better than those in the control group,and the clinical curative effect was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Banxia Houpu decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin decoction has better curative effect and can effectively improve the pulmonary function of patients.
