螺旋CT诊断肺癌的临床效果分析

摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT在肺癌诊断中的临床应用价值,为肺癌的临床诊治提供一定参考。方法选取济宁市第三人民医院2021年7月—2022年3月收治的127例肺癌患者作为研究对象。全部患者均经螺旋CT诊断,并与手术后病理学结果比较。比较患者的螺旋CT分期与临床医学分期、螺旋CT征象与病理诊断结果、螺旋CT重建图像和薄层扫描征象、螺旋CT与病理检出率。结果肺癌患者的螺旋CT分期与临床医学分期比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);螺旋CT征象与病理诊断结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);螺旋CT重建图像与薄层扫描征象比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。螺旋CT的检出率为93.70%,低于病理检出率的100.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.5049,P<0.05)。结论螺旋CT在肺癌早期确诊中具有检出率高、误诊率低等优势,有利于肺癌患者的早期诊断和早期治疗,改善患者预后,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical application value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of lung cancer,in order to provide certain reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.Methods A total of 127 lung cancer patients admitted to Jining Third People's Hospital from July 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were diagnosed with spiral CT and compared with postoperative pathological results.The patient's spiral CT staging and clinical medical staging,spiral CT signs and pathological diagnosis results,spiral CT reconstruction images and thin layer scan signs,the detection rate of spiral CT and pathology were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference between spiral CT staging and clinical medical staging in lung cancer patients(P>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between spiral CT signs and pathological diagnosis results(P>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the signs between spiral CT reconstruction images and thin layer scans(P>0.05).The detection rate of spiral CT was 93.70%,which was lower than 100.00%of the pathological detection rate,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.5049,P<0.05).Conclusion Spiral CT had the advantages of high detection rate and low misdiagnosis rate in the early diagnosis of lung cancer,which was conducive to early diagnosis and early treatment of patients with lung cancer,and improve patient prognosis.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
