五音疗法联合耳穴对脑卒中患者焦虑情绪的效果

Effect of Five-element music therapy combined with auricular point on anxiety emotions of stroke patients

目的 探讨中医五行音乐疗法联合耳穴压豆对于脑卒中康复期患者焦虑情绪的疗效,为维护脑卒中患者身心健康提供帮助。方法 选取2020年10月—2021年4月天津市中西医结合南开医院收治的意识清楚的脑卒中康复期患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予常规护理联合耳穴压豆,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医五行音乐疗法。比较两组干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及护理总满意率。结果 干预前,两组SAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SAS评分均降低,且观察组SAS评分为(46.10±5.65)分,低于对照组的(52.63±5.48)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率为96.67%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.882,P<0.05)。结论 中医五音疗法联合耳穴压豆可有效改善脑卒中康复期意识清楚患者所产生的焦虑情绪,患者护理满意率高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine Five-element music therapy combined with auricular point plaster therapy on anxiety emotions in stroke rehabilitation period patients,in order to provide help for maintaining the physical and mental health of stroke patients.Methods Sixty conscious stroke rehabilitation period patients admitted to Tianjin Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nankai Hospital from October 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing combined with auricular point plaster therapy,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine Five-element music therapy on the basis of the control group.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale before and after intervention and total nursing satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the SAS scores of both groups decreased,and the SAS score of the observation group was(46.10±5.65)points,which was lower than(52.63±5.48)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.882,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine Five-element music therapy and auricular point plaster therapy could effectively improve the anxiety emotions of patients with conscious stroke rehabilitation period patients.The patient's nursing satisfaction rate was high,and it was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
