脑卒中后康复护理介入时机的研究进展

Research progress on intervention timing of rehabilitation nursing after stroke

脑卒中是临床较为常见的脑血管疾病,具有较高的致死率和致残率,严重威胁患者身体健康和生命安全。近些年随着医疗技术的进步,脑卒中患者抢救成功率明显提升,但是多数脑卒中患者在抢救成功之后均存在不同程度的后遗症,比如偏瘫以及肢体功能障碍等,严重降低了患者的生活质量。大量临床实践研究表明脑卒中患者采用有效的康复护理措施,有助于改善患者的残疾程度和机体功能,提高患者生活质量。但是康复护理介入时机对于康复护理效果有直接影响,关于康复护理介入时机的选取在学术研究中还存在一定的争议。目前脑卒中患者康复护理介入时机主要包括超早期(发病后24 h内)、早期(发病后1~7 d)和亚急性期(发病后8 d~3个月),康复护理学者们对脑卒中后康复护理介入时机开展了较为系统丰富的研究,并且在研究中取得了一些新进展和认识。本文对脑卒中康复护理介入时机研究进展进行综述,以期能够为临床脑卒中康复护理工作提供借鉴。

Stroke is a common cerebrovascular disease with high mortality and disability rates in clinic,which seriously threatens patients'health and life safety.In recent years,with the progress of medical technology,the success rate of rescue of stroke patients has increased significantly,but most stroke patients have different degrees of sequelae after successful rescue,such as hemiplegia and limb dysfunction,which seriously reduces the quality of life of patients.A large number of clinical practice studies show that effective rehabilitation nursing measures for stroke patients can help to improve the degree of disability and body function of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.However,the timing of rehabilitation nursing intervention has a direct impact on the effect of rehabilitation nursing,and there are still some disputes about the timing of rehabilitation nursing intervention in academic research.At present,the timing of rehabilitation nursing intervention for stroke patients mainly includes ultra early stage(within 24 hours after onset),early stage(1-7 days after onset)and subacute stage(8 days-3 months after onset).Rehabilitation nursing scholars have carried out a more systematic and rich research on the timing of rehabilitaition nursing intervention after stroke,and have made some new progress and understanding in the research.This paper reviews the research progress of intervention timing of rehabilitation nursing after stroke,in order to provide reference for clinical stroke rehabilitation nursing.
