摘要
基于数字化转型赋能企业经营效率提升的逻辑,构建数字化转型、冗余资源对企业创新绩效影响的概念模型,探讨其内在的影响机制。实证研究以中国A股非金融上市公司2000—2020年的年度观测数据为样本,着重考察数字化转型如何影响冗余资源对企业创新绩效作用机制的实现。结果显示:冗余资源对企业创新产出的增加形成了阻碍,在此机制下企业数字化转型能够促进企业创新绩效提升,并降低组织资源的冗余水平,同时数字化转型对冗余资源发挥着价值重塑作用,在冗余资源影响企业创新绩效的过程中具有重要调节效应。
Based on the logic that digital transformation enables enterprises to improve their operational efficiency,this paper constructs a conceptual model of the impact of slack resources and digital transformation on the innovation performance of enterprises and discusses its internal impact mechanism.Taking the annual observation data of China's A-share nonfinancial listed companies from 2000 to 2020 as a sample,this paper focuses on how digital transformation affects the role of slack resources in enterprise innovation.The results show that slack resources impede enterprise innovation,digital transformation can promote enterprise innovation and reduce organizational slack resource,and digital transformation plays an important moderating role in the process of slack resource affecting enterprise innovation.
