社会脆弱性问题研究进展评述与展望

Review and Prospect of Research on Social Vulnerability

以社会脆弱性概念多重内涵属性的梳理为逻辑起点,重点对社会脆弱性研究框架和评价方法展开比较分析,并总结归纳了社会脆弱性研究中存在的主要问题与薄弱环节。提出未来研究中应重点开展社会脆弱性独立理论框架、社会脆弱性风险形成机制等基础理论研究以及社会脆弱性动态评价与风险预警、社会脆弱性协同治理模式等关键问题研究。

Taking the sorting of multiple connotations and attributes of the social vulnerability concept as a logical starting point,this paper conducts a comparative analysis of the research frameworks and evaluation methods of social vulnerability and summarizes the deficiencies in current studies.Future studies of social vulnerability should focus on the theoretical framework,risk formation mechanism,dynamic assessment and risk early warning,and collaborative governance model of social vulnerability.
