摘要
线粒体能量代谢为黑质多巴胺能神经元供能,其病理改变是现代医学中帕金森病发生与发展的一个根本因素。基于“线粒体-脾”相关性理论,发现线粒体-能量与脾-营卫之气在机体内部活动扮演角色相似,生理作用相通,并提出营卫亏虚、营卫不和、营卫失通是帕金森病关键病机,为临床治疗提供一种新思路。
Mitochondrial energy metabolism provides power for dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra.And their pathological changes are a fundamental factor in the occurrence and development of Parkinson's disease in modern medicine.Based on the theory of mitochondrial-spleen correlation,it is fund that mitochondrial-energy plays a similar role in the internal activity of the body,physiologically connected.And put forward that the ying and health deficiency,qi of nutrient-defensive disharmony,failure of ying and health are the key disease machine of Parkinson's disease,for providing a new way of thinking for clinical treatment.
