香芍颗粒联合氢溴酸西酞普兰治疗女性更年期抑郁的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Xiangshao Granules Combined with Citalopram Hydrobromide in Treating Female Climacteric Depression

目的:探究香芍颗粒联合氢溴酸西酞普兰治疗女性更年期抑郁的效果。方法:选取2021年5月-2022年2月于赣州市第三人民医院就诊的80例女性更年期抑郁症患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。对照组采用氢溴酸西酞普兰治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用香芍颗粒治疗。比较2组患者干预后第8周的疗效,干预前及干预后第2周、第4周、第8周的汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。干预后第2周、第4周、第8周,2组HAMD评分、HAMA评分均低于干预前,且HAMD评分、HAMA评分随时间延长逐渐降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:香芍颗粒联合氢溴酸西酞普兰可有效减轻女性更年期抑郁患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高治疗效果,且不增加不良反应,安全性较好。

Objective:To explore the effect of Xiangshao Granules combined with citalopram hydrobromide on female menopausal depression.Methods:80 female patients with climacteric depression who visited Ganzhou Third People's Hospital from May 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with citalopram hydrobromide,and the observation group was treated with Xiangshao granules on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of the two groups at the 8th week after intervention,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)before intervention,at the 2nd,4th and 8th weeks after intervention,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the 2nd,4th and 8th week after intervention,the HAMD score and HAMA score of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the HAMD score and HAMA score gradually decreased with time,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiangshao granules combined with citalopram hydrobromide can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of female menopausal depression patients,improve the treatment effect,and do not increase adverse reactions,with good safety.
