覆盆子枸杞提取工艺优化及压片糖果制备

摘要 目的:从滋阴补肾功效类中药中选取覆盆子、枸杞两味常用配伍中药,探究其联合最佳提取工艺以及制备最优处方工艺,研制一款针对久坐久视工作人群养护肝肾、固精明目的保健产品。方法:先后采用单因素、正交实验L_(9)(3^(3))和L_(9)(3^(4))进行提取工艺及处方筛选,总黄酮和出膏率为指标考察提取工艺,感官评价与片剂质量为指标考察处方工艺。结果:最优提取工艺为提取次数4次、料液比1∶8 g/mL、每次2 h。最优配方为85%乙醇,山梨糖醇、麦芽糖、硬脂酸镁质量占比(80.0%、0.8%、10.0%),最优片剂平均崩解时间、硬度、脆碎度分别为7 min、35.4N、1.1%。结论:按照最优提取工艺与最优配比制备,不仅有效成分含量高,而且所制备的覆枸压片糖果硬度适中,风味独特。 Objective:To investigate the optimal extraction process and preparation of the optimal prescription process for the combined extraction of Raspberry and Chinese wolfberry from Chinese herbs for nourishing Yin and tonifying the kidneys,and to develop a health product for sedentary and long-sighted working people to maintain the liver and kidney,and to strengthen the essence and brighten the eyes.Methods:Single-factor,orthogonal experiments L_(9)(3^(3))and L_(9)(3^(4))were used to screen the extraction process and prescriptions,with flavonoids and cream yield as indicators of the extraction process and sensory evaluation and tablet quality as indicators of the prescription process.Results:The optimal extraction process was 4 times,1∶8 g/mL material-to-liquid ratio,2 h.The optimal formulation was 85% ethanol,sorbitol,maltose and magnesium stearate mass ratio(80%,0.8%,10%),and the average disintegration time,hardness and friability of the optimal tablets were 7 min,35.4 N and 1.1%,respectively.Conclusion:When prepared according to the optimum extraction process and the optimum ratio,the extracts not only have a high content of active ingredients,but also have a moderate hardness,a unique flavour.
