基于太赫兹技术研究卫气对大鼠肺和皮肤组织的影响

摘要 目的:通过观察玉屏风散对卫气虚模型大鼠肺生化指标和经络之气太赫兹辐射的影响,从物理学和生物学角度分析卫气对大鼠肺和皮肤组织的保护机制。方法:将30只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、补卫气组,各10只。除空白组外,其余各组大鼠均采用冷热交替刺激加疲劳的方法建立卫气虚模型,造模开始灌胃给药,补卫气组予以玉屏风散汤液,空白组、模型组给予等体积0.9%生理盐水,连续给药14 d。观察治疗前后各组大鼠症状和体征,肺组织病理状态,皮肤和肺组织的白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量,卫气循行轨迹重点腧穴的太赫兹(THZ)波变化情况。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠活力下降,体征和肺与皮肤组织损伤更加明显,组织中炎症因子IL-18、5-HT显著升高(P<0.05);卫气有关腧穴的气机(THZ辐射)减弱。经过玉屏风散补充卫气后,大鼠的症状、体征和组织损伤状态明显改善,组织中炎症因子IL-18、5-HT明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:提高卫气功能能够影响大鼠体表的卫气运行及体表腧穴的气机变化(THZ辐射),可提高大鼠肺组织的生理功能、降低炎症因子的释放,说明卫气能够改善机体肺和皮肤组织的防御能力。 Objective:To observe the effect of Yupingfeng Powder on lung biochemical indexes and terahertz radiation of meridian qi in rats with Weiqi deficiency,and to analyze the protective mechanism of Weiqi on lung and skin tissue in rats from the perspective of physics and biology.Methods:30 Sprague Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group and Yupingfeng Powder group,with 10 rats in each group.Except for the blank group,the rats in the other groups were used to establish the Weiqi deficiency model by alternating cold and hot stimulation and fatigue,and the model was started to be administered by gavage.The Yupingfeng Powder group was given Yupingfeng Powder decoction,and the blank group and the model group were given 0.9%normal saline of equal volume for 14 consecutive days.Observe the symptoms and signs of rats in each group before and after treatment,the pathological state of lung tissue and skin tissue,the content of interleukin-8(IL-8)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT).Results:Compared with the blank group,the vitality of rats in the model group decreased,the physical signs and lung and skin tissues were more damaged,and the inflammatory factors IL-18 and 5-HT in tissues were significantly increased(P<0.05);The qi mechanism(THZ radiation)of acupoints related to Weiqi is weakened.After supplementing Weiqi with Yupingfeng Powder,the symptoms,signs and tissue damage of rats were significantly improved,and the inflammatory factors IL-18 and 5-HT in tissues were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng Powder can improve the qi movement(THZ radiation)of acupoints in the body surface of rats,improve the physiological function of rat skin and lung tissue,and reduce the release of inflammatory factors,indicating that Weiqi can affect the defense function of the body lung and skin tissue.
