小儿抗炎胶囊治疗小儿急性支气管炎(风热咳嗽证)

Clinical study on the efficacy of Xiaoer Kangyan capsules in the treatment of acute bronchitis(with the wind-heat cough syndrome)in children

目的 观察小儿抗炎胶囊治疗小儿急性支气管炎(风热咳嗽证)的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年1月-2022年12月就诊于长春中医药大学附属医院儿科门诊的小儿急性支气管炎的患儿72例,应用随机数字表法,分为治疗组和对照组各36例。治疗组给予小儿抗炎胶囊治疗,对照组给予小儿宣肺止咳颗粒治疗。5 d为1个疗程,对比2组患儿的临床疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为94.4%,对照组总有效率为91.7%,2组患儿临床疗效比较(P <0.05),具有统计学意义。对2组患儿的主要临床症状及体征消失时间比较,治疗组咳嗽消失时间、咳痰消失时间、退热时间、肺部体征消失时间均短于对照组(P <0.05),具有统计学意义。结论 院内制剂小儿抗炎胶囊治疗小儿急性支气管炎,总有效率高,可缩短临床症状及体征消失时间,未见严重的不良反应,有较高的安全性,并通过合理的饮食调护,在一定程度上减少小儿急性支气管炎的反复发作。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoer Kangyan capsules in the treatment of acute bronchitis(with the wind-heat cough syndrome)in children.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022,72 children with acute bronchitis treated in the pediatric clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group using the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xiaoer Kangyan capsules,while the control group was treated with Xiaoer Xuanfei Zhike granules,with 5 days as one course of treatment.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.4%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 91.7%,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups was(P<0.05).Concerning the disappearance time of main clinical symptoms and signs between the two groups,the disappearance time of cough,expectoration,antipyretic time and pulmonary signs in the treatment group were significantly shorter that those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute bronchitis in children,the hospital preparation of Xiaoer Kangyan capsules has a high total effective rate,which can shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs,and has a high safety with no serious adverse reactions.If supplemented with a reasonable dietary care,the treatment can reduce the recurrence of the disease in children to a certain extent.
