论陈其铨书学中的“儒、禅、道”精神

On the Spirit of“Confucianism,Zen and Taoism”in Chen Qiquan’s Calligraphy

陈其铨少年时期在潮州受中国传统文化熏陶,求学期间得名师指点,一生钻研书法艺术。他几十年书法实践笔耕不辍,遍临名碑名帖,笔力雄浑,至晚年独创综体书法,对书学史和书法美学也有着深入的研究,著述颇丰。除自身的书法实践,他还以传播书法艺术为载体弘扬中国传统文化,并构筑了一个立体式的书法教育体系,是当代台湾地区书法教育的推手。他的书法作品刚健古朴,技法娴熟而自然多趣,是多年积累和妙悟所得,其书学艺术集中体现了“儒、禅、道”的精神。

Chen Qiquan was influenced by the traditional Chinese culture in Chaozhou when he was in his teen years.He was instructed by famous teachers and devoted his life to the art of callig⁃raphy.By keeping practicing calligraphy for decades and copying all famous tablet inscriptions and rubbings,he made his calligraphy powerful and created a comprehensive style of calligraphy in his later years.With his in-depth study on the history of calligraphy and its aesthetics,he completed many academic works.In addition to his own calligraphy practice,he also spread calligraphy art as a carrier to promote the traditional Chinese culture,and built a three-dimensional calligraphy education system,which made him the promoter of modern calligraphy education in Taiwan.His calligraphy works are robust and simple,mostly derived from his long years of accumulation and enlightenment,with his skillful,natural and vivid style.His art of calligraphy intensively reflects the spirit of“Confu⁃cianism,Zen and Taoism”.
