生态产品价值实现的五维立体融合与路径——基于多案例的扎根理论分析 被引量:1

摘要 生态产品价值实现是近年来对“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念的有效实践。基于自然资源部颁布的第三批生态产品价值实现的11个案例,运用扎根理论方法进行多级编码与模型构建,试为我国生态产品价值实现提供一个系统性的理论解释,借以解码生态产品价值实现的关键路径。结果显示,我国生态产品价值实现是一个立体融合模式,由“政府-嵌入性主导”“市场-基础性行动”“社会-协同性参与”“民众-主动性加入”“思想-根本性转变”五个范畴构成。基于五个范畴,在未来我国生态产品价值实现路径应以政府嵌入提升生态产品价值实现的原生动力,以市场基础确保生态产品价值实现的决定力量,以社会协同巩固生态产品价值实现的外部支撑,以民众加入稳固生态产品价值实现的内在依托,以思想转变强化生态产品价值实现的关键核心。 The realization of the value of eco-products is an effective practice of the theory of"Clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver"in recent years.Based on the third batch of 11 cases of value realization of eco-products issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources,multi-level coding and model construction are carried out by using the grounded theory method to provide a systematic theoretical explanation for the value realization of eco-products in China,so as to decode the"critical path"of value reali-zation of eco-products.The results show that the value realization of eco-products in China is a three-dimensional integration model,which is composed of five categories:"government-embeddedness leading","market-basic action","society-collaborative participation","population-initiative joining"and"idea-fundamental transform-ation"Based on the five categories,the path of realizing the value of eco-products in our country in the future includes:(1)The primary driving force of enhancing the value realization of ecological products by embedding the government;(2)The decisive force to ensure the realization of the value of ecological products on the basis of the market;(3)Consolidate the external support for realizing the value of ecological products through social coordination;(4)The intrinsic support for the realization of stable ecological product value by the public;(5)Strengthen the key core of realizing the value of ecological products by ideological change.
