NCG对母牛繁殖性能、血清指标及激素分泌的影响

摘要 试验旨在研究N-氨甲酰谷氨酸(NCG)对母牛繁殖性能、血清指标及激素分泌的影响。试验选用60头体重、胎次、预产期相近的妊娠后期安格斯母牛,随机分为4组,每组15头,每个重复1头牛。对照组母牛饲喂基础日粮,试验1组、2组、3组在基础日粮中分别添加10、20、30 g/(头·d)的N-氨甲酰谷氨酸,试验期120 d。结果显示,母牛分娩后,试验3组母牛血清葡萄糖(GLU)和一氧化氮(NO)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组、3组母牛血清精氨酸(Arg)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验2组母牛血清中黄体酮(P)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验3组母牛血清雌二醇(E2)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。母牛配种前,试验2组、3组母牛血清尿素氮(BUN)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验2组母牛血清GLU含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各试验组母牛血清Arg及NO含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验3组血清E2含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验2组和试验3组血清P含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验2组、3组母牛发情配种率高于对照组;各试验组母牛受胎率均高于对照组;产后首次配种天数试验2组、3组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加NCG可改善繁殖母牛机体代谢,促进繁殖相关激素分泌,提高母牛繁殖性能,添加量以20、30 g/(头·d)为宜。 The experiment was to investigate the effect of N-carbamylglutamate on reproductive performance,serum indexes and hormone secretion of cows.Sixty Angus cows with similar weight,parity and expected delivery were randomly divided into four groups with 15 cows in each group,one cow per replicate.The control group was basal diet,and each cow in test group 1,group 2 and group 3 were fed with basal diet supplemented with 10,20 and 30 g/(head·d)of NCG,respectively.The experiment lasted for 120 d.The results showed that after cows delivery,the content of GLU and NO of cows in test group 3 were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),the content of Arg of cows in test group 2 and group 3 were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),and the content of P of cows in test group 2 were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),while the content of E2 of cows in test group 3 were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Before cows breeding,the content of serum BUN of cows in test group 2 and group 3 were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),while the content of GLU in test group 2 was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),the content of Arg and NO in all the test groups were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),the content of serum E2 in test group 3 was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The content of serum P in test group 2 and group 3 were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The estrus mating rates of cows in test group 2 and group 3 were higher than control group,and the conception rates of experimental groups were higher than that in control group,but the first postpartum mating days in test group 2 and group 3 were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The results indicates that the NCG can improve body metabolism,promote the secretion of reproduction-related hormones,and improve the reproductive performance of breeding cows,and the appropriate supplemental level is 20 and 30 g/(head·d).
