摘要
试验旨在研究沃柑次果、落果发酵饲料替代部分日粮对富凤麻鸡养分表观消化率、生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。试验选取240羽80日龄的健康富凤麻鸡随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20羽鸡。对照组鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验1组、试验2组、试验3组分别使用10%、20%、30%沃柑次果、落果发酵饲料替代基础日粮。预试期10 d,正式试验期40 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,各试验组富凤麻鸡对干物质、蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙的表观消化率均显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验2组富凤麻鸡平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验2组富凤麻鸡胸肌红度提高了14.99%(P<0.05);各试验组富凤麻鸡胸肌黄度分别提高了4.69%、6.40%、3.84%(P<0.05)。研究表明,沃柑次果、落果发酵饲料替代部分日粮对富凤麻鸡养分表观消化率、生长性能和肉品质均具有一定程度的改善作用,且最适替代量为20%。
The aim of the experiment was to study the effect of replacing part of the diet with fermented feed of Orah mandarin fruit defectives and fruit drop on nutrient apparent digestibility,growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of Fufeng Ma-chickens.A total of 240 eighty-day-old healthy Fufeng Ma-chickens were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each group.Chickens in control group were fed with basal diet,and chickens in group 1,group 2 and group 3 were fed with basal diet with 10%,20%and 30%fermented feed of Orah mandarin fruit defectives and fruit drop,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 10 d,and the formal test lasted for 40 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the apparent digestibility of dry matter,protein,crude fat and calcium of chickens in experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the average daily gain of chickens in group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the redness of chest muscle in group 2 was increased by 14.99%(P<0.05).The yellow degree of chest muscle in experimental groups was increased by 4.69%,6.40%and 3.84%,respectively(P<0.05).The study indicates that the nutrient apparent digestibility,growth performance and meat quality of Fufeng Ma-chickens were improved by substituting partially fermented feed with Orah mandarin fruit defectives and fruit drop,and the optimal replacement amount is 20%.
